This system is designed for the plates made of fibrocement (Minerit, CemColor, CemStone) and asbestocement (CraspanColor, CraspanStone). Sub construction is executed of aluminum alloys. The air backlash between the thermo insulation and facing allows deleting effectively the moisture and the condensate which has no opportunity to concentrate on the surface. Air streams in the ventilation clearance space (the temperature of which is 2-3°С higher than the environment) quickly move upward in the air interval, thus keeping the walls in a dry condition. The fastening of plates is made in a visible way - with the acid-resistant screws painted the color of plates. The plates are cold-resistant and weatherproof. Combining the plates of different color and shape we receive beautiful impressive facades. Different colors and materials especially emphasize the architectural lines of the building and its separate details. The front side of the plates has various shapes - from smooth surface up to the stone crumbs, of the various color scale. Metal framing. The size and step of the vertical racks, their fastening to the arms is specified in the architectural and constructional projects developed for each building individually, considering the bearing ability of the wall. For temperature movement of the frame racks it is necessary to leave in the constructions the allowances, the size of which is also mentioned in the projects. If these requirements are violated, the temperature deformations bend and destroy the whole system.
