System GVC-1 is widely applied as an optimum way to perform the works on the buildings with the tiles of ceramic granite 300х300 mm, 600х600 mm, 600х300 mm, 600х1200 mm with visible fixture. The height of the building should not exceed 45 m. On the basis (the walls of the building) arms are mounted which are the first bearing element of the construction. Installation is carried out with the help of the anchor concrete inserts and through the thermo insulation linings. In the system the Т-shaped profile is used - the second bearing element is installed on the arms complimented by the sealing profiles. The sealing profile provides soft and at the same time firm contact of the facing material to the bearing profile. Next direct installation of a facing tile on metal sub construction is made with the help of various units of visible fastening.
Ventilated facade system GVC-2
For the higher buildings (the height over 45 m) the system GVC-2 is applied. It is distinguished for its increased rigidity. Carrying arms have an increased base. The bearing profile is U-shaped and, hence is more resistant to bending loadings. Fastening of the profile to the arms is made with the help of the rivets that have the increased strength reserve. Units of fastenings are made of high-quality alloyed stainless steel. The system provides the application of facing material of bigger size (1200х1200 mm, etc.).
